Sometimes you can only make a fanboy wait so long. The new Mountain Goats album, “Heretic Pride,” leaked. I’m listening to it right now. Oh Jesus God, it’s gorgeous. I so desperately want them to swing through the South on their tour. I will drive great distances to bask in the glorious lyrical brilliance that is John Darnielle. I’ll try to post a complete review of the record after I’ve spent a few more days with it on near constant rotation. Enjoy your weekend, readers, I know I’ll enjoy mine. 
I think John Darnielle makes the top 5 man-tracted list, challenging David Byrne in the 80’s.
